########, your not going to reach 58K unless your some Superman. They tell you they have free health insurance, yea for a single employee. If you want insurance for you, your wife, kids get ready to pay upwards in the $600 or $700 a month range, oh yeah did they mention that. And just when your busting your tail and thinking your doing really good, feeling great about yourself even considering your low pay, you get a call from their driver coach to work harder. Find a company that will start you with a LIVING wage, not a starving wage.

I made 58k last year and I don't see a cape on my shoulders. I just work. I like to stay busy and they keep me busy. As far as the insurance goes, 100% paid for the employee is pretty darn good as compared to industry standards. I don't know of any other company who offers that. The cost to insure your family? You can't blame that on the company. Talk to your politicians and your president. If you're money motivated you can do really well at COTC. I've never been called and asked to work harder????
cynicalsailor Thanks this. -
Have you ever notice they are always hiring? :

Yes good ones that make 140k/yr w/ the leather seats. But this thread is about COT. My comments are from experience. Did say don't work for them, knock yourself out. There's a reason they are always hiring. But find out for yourself. I would rather work less and make more.
