use your head, you know what you are doing, adjust, and show that government 1/2 break. It is not hard. Yes it is a major unnecessary pain, but we let the nanny state be voted in, and gave them the power to cause this headache.

Who follows the rules out there? Hell I would run 50 hours straight, sleep 6, run another 30-40 and so on.

Just write it on your log at some point in the day. Chances are you've had more than 30 minutes wait time at some point before halfway through your shift...unless you're pounding it feeding a running frac that doesn't have enough trucks assigned.
