    she's only asking standard questions, frankly the search function is not very helpful otherwise I'm sure the same questions have been asked hundreds of times. what's the big deal ?

    Dry van operation,(so they say taughest because of low rates ha ha),based in IL and operating Midwest mostly.

    So factoring companies just forward take the documents you sent over to the broker along with an itemized invoice? So, when you sign with a factoring company, you mainly do so because they give you the money quickly, not really because they handle invoicing for you. Is that correct?

    yes, and factoring is very common in many industries. pretty much any business whose customers are not point of sale( retail, restaurants, etc)
