6Wheeler - as Old Man pointed out you do realize that the shippers do not pay the brokers for 30, 60, or 90 days either. Also just to make a quick point here is that you if pull in $200,000 in Gross Revenue per year yet you factor or quickpay all $200,000 of it for let's say a 3% fee you do realize that you gave up $6,000. Money gets tight as we all understand but you should be able to get your cash flow up to a point where you aren't factoring. The only "deals" I ever signed up for were the give up 1% and get it in 15 days and then again that was only BNSF and one other that I cant remember at the moment.

Really look at your numbers and see where your money is going?

I'm new to the owner operator circle and am just checking things out trying maybe to start up a small fleet i saw some options and would welcome any advice from experienced o/o Theres Dat load boards www.dat.com , "Getloaded www.getloaded.com seems to be popular "direct freight services" www.directfreight.com was another " Trulos Transportation" www.trulos.com offers completly free services i also came across whats called freight invoice factoring where they will pay you within 24 hr saving you having to wait maybe 30 + days for a paycheck they do of course take there commission "Integra Funding Solutions" was one name i came across. So i'd love to hear from anyone who has any knowledge about any of there freight dispatchers or freight invoice factoring.
