Getting tired of the Same old Same old Looking for job

I have over 2 years experiance with Hopper Bottoms. ( yes I like to keep fit) I have over 6 months Experiance with End Dumps Framed and Frameless. I have over 6 months Tandam Axle Straight Truck End Dump experiance. I have 3-4 years give or take on Straight Truck Tandam Axle 24-26 Box trucks Hauling anything almost from AG CHEMS to Tvs weight machines to just about name anything that is Legal to carry I have Hauled for drugs aswell I will follow Company Rules and will Make copies of any and all documents to cover my butt aswell as Company I drive for to make sure it went to right person.

What I want out of a Company I dont want to be treated like a number I want you to know me by name and by my voice. I need home every weekend and wish to be home once during the week I will not haul Van I will do end dumps and Hoppers only I will drive straight truck vans if the pay is good. I will not work for peanuts I expect fair wage and Fair treatment.. You treat me good I will do the same. I have been burned alot of times so trust is earned not given. I have in the past burned my log book to make sure the freight got there for the ""important Load" for companies that treated me great. I am based out of Central IL I live right by I-55 and am close to I-35 aswell.

Bump UPDATE I worked for a farmer this year Sept till around November. Dude payed me 20 dollars and hour to work for him. Best guy I ever worked for period. Still looking for a job.

 

I have thought about Flatbed But in the End I enjoy Hopper bottoms. With that being Said I don't want to do something I don't enjoy nor Do I want to have that Kind of Attitude where I don't care for my Job sorta Speaking I take Pride in Driving Hopper Bottoms. I wouldn't take as much Pride as in driving something Else really. I don't want to sound mean. My brother and a lot of friends have drove Flatbed before I just cant see doing that myself. I respect them but Flatbed is not for me. Plus Hopper Bottoms Keep me in shape I know Flatbeds are about the Same but I like the 1 on 1 Contact with the Shipper and Receiver.

 

I think we only had 1 Combine Breakdown due to a rock getting into the Bean thingy for beans tired so cant remember the Exact name. We had 2 Auger Wagons break due to Bad Drive shafts on them.

 

Still Looking I DONT work for free so don't come at me with 25c or 18-19% percentage pay I have family to feed.
