    section 393.107(f)345 says there shall be no scratching of a mans nuts while operating a CMV. There is a claus however that states you can seek help from a co driver/ rider.I.E. lot lizard, ect.....

    Yes very tired of the regulations for the dumb. A few bad apples and they punish the rest of us. Thats not right as you can't fix stupid. Know matter what someone tries to do people die all the time. No amount of regulations will stop the inevitable.
