At the Pilot in Otay Mesa, deliver 1 pallet (my ENTIRE load) 3 miles away in the morning then I'm headed to Pomona to pick up a load headed to The KMart DC in Sparks.
AFTER I grabbed the KMart load I got another PP instructing me to "grab a good MT and head to.the Pilot in Kramer Jct, CA and wait". Didn't hesitate to turn THAT down. 382 MT miles my A@&$

lol I have to take a log class too for doing a few things they found on the log audit like fueling off duty, not sending in a 32 one day and doing a couple macros without going on duty. Oh well not like they pay me for all that crap....

Anyway coke ended up taking almost 6 hours...I got a call from my DL asking if I would do a favor and pick up a driver in Phoenix and drop him off in Fontana so I said sure since im heading back to Phoenix to red tag the trailer I had anyway, we made it here to Fontana with 36 minutes left on my 14, good thing I was bobtailed so I made good timing. The guy does truck recovery and also moves trucks around but when he took a truck to Phoenix he didnt have a truck to take back. It was nice having someone to talk to for a few hours, doing my 10 then will continue to Otay Mesa

 

sounds kike they are getting dumb about this. I can play dumb. If you are waiting for a load on your 10 hr break and they send a load go on duty for them I bet they will change their tune

 

i got nailed for the same thing. My routine is stop the truck, go off duty, find a bathroom, go back to truck, eat, strip down, do my driver status macro and post trip inspection macro, go to sleeper berth for the night. Per Roberto of the log class, you CAN NOT use the Qualcomm at all for any reason while logged off duty or sleeper. He said they can tell if you read a message while off duty or SB. So I got wrist slapped

 

Should I take it then that scanning trips on the Kiosk should also be logged as
" on duty " ?
