So I've been told to reapply in October for orientation in November. However, my employment record for the past 8 months has not been good. One month of temp services and a minimum wage job since the end of May.
If Prime decides not to hire me, what should be my second choice with no out of pocket expenses for training..?
Second choice...plan 'B'

Why didn't Prime accept you the first time?Does'nt sound like your work history is the problem but when filling out apps make sure there are no gaps between jobs. They wanna know every month and yr what you did.You would be surprised at many of the truckers that have a work history as long as their arm and companies still hire them due to a complete application. My work history is bad mainly the first 2 yrs in trucking.

Gaps of no work over 3 months seems to be a sticking point these days. Rather unfortunate if you ask me.

I know it.Alot of great students with potential gets A big fat denied plastered on their forhead without even given the chance.

When I went down there I had a prior medical issue which required me to wait a year from the occurrence. In November I would qualify again, medically speaking.
