Where is everyone #2!!

Whenever I was in Houston for the weekend I would stay at the J and go across the street to the movie theater. They have a bar and some awesome food! They also have a 40 ounce mug that you can get filled with your drink of choice.

 

Not telling where I'm at but it ain't work!

Where is this shop? I've needed to find someone with a bending machine to make me some stainless v-boards....

 

You've named pretty much what I do when I go into Houston...(i live about 30 minutes SE of Houston on the water) There are a few places downtown I like to go to...The Flying Saucer is a GREAT place if you love beer. Its a craft beer emporium, never having less than 300 different beers on hand at any given time. Stock will change every couple months and they'll bring in some new ones. Drink 200 different beers, get your name on a saucer and put it up on the wall...it's a great place.

If you like music, pick up a Houston Press, they print a new issue every week, put em on the racks on thursday I believe. Has the lineup for all the local clubs and music venues, even has sections for things to do relating to the arts, film, etc. They are all over town, or just go to houstonpress.com

 

Don't fly the quads over water but otherwise I'll take pictures from the water later when we go back out. I had to come in to run the smoker for tonight's pulled pork sammich's

 

Now I wanna go smoke me a brisket.


I just have no one to eat it with!
