Absolutely true!!! pattyj. They treat their drivers as if they were less than a piece of garbage they find on the street. They don't respect their drivers. To verify and confirm this, all you have to do is visit their terminals. Except for their headquarters, all other terminals are filthy, old, things no longer work properly, or are falling apart. When a driver asks for time off it is approved. Once it is time to take the time off, they will do everything possible to re-route you in the opposite direction, so as not to bring you home. Please tell everyone you know who could be looking for a driving job, to stay as far away from them, as possible. Like the snake in the garden of Eden, they will show you a beautiful apple. Trust me.....Don't even look at the apple. For it is full of the most dangerous poison there is. The snake will eventually strangle you. Your lifeless professional life will be ruined by them. You wouldn't play dangerous games with the mafia.....Would you? Well......These people are more dangerous than the mafia. Why more dangerous? Because with the mafia, at least you know where you stand. With these snakes, you don't.

I wouldn't go drive for them for 2 reasons, they don't allow pets and everytime I drove past their Iowa term I would see their lot full of drivers waiting to go thru the safety lane.Must be because of the bad equipment you spose.Something should be done about them forcing the drivers to take back roads and not paying them for those miles. But when you think about it ,its not much different then companies only paying zip code to zip code miles.Drivers are still getting ripped off.

I stands for me, the wife. I/WE stands for both my husband and I. My husband was the unfortunate soul to have been employed as a driver, by HeartLess Express.

I've been to the Phoenix terminal and it's organized and clean. So, your comment about all their terminals being "filthy" is false.
They don't "respect" their drivers? What does that mean, exactly? Considering you've already made, and I'll be generous, a misstatement about their terminals,I'm thinking that the reader should use discernment when reading your posts. I respect facts and truth, of which from your histrionic musings, is most likely, not plentiful.
My spouse has worked for them for over three years. He's been trucking for 25 years and although they certainly not what I would consider to be exemplary in all categories, he was never, not once, experienced those things you have claimed to experienced such as deliberately routing you in the opposite direction as to not bring a you home?
More dangerous than the mafia?? Poison apple?? You looking for that perfect shiny apple, Seekingwork101? Love the moniker, by the way, it suits you.
I think I'll pass on your "wisdom".Lupus05 Thanks this.
