just swim me up some fresh shrimp and quit fooling around, you're not going to beat the midwest at pork, quit trying. that's all I'm saying. We have Amish sausage and bacon, not to mention all sorts or independent bacon and stick style meat products. Just stick to what you're good at south gulf coast. On sausage, you can't compete, give up.

My bad, I am actually 24 miles south of downtown Houston, TX. Did I say Houston, what a fool I am, boy is there egg on my face....

 

lol you're actually closer to Houston than I am. I'm in the La Porte area, down on the water. To downtown for me is just over 32 miles
