Interesting how you don't leave the balance of the post in reference to your rebuttal!

The statement regarding the coffee counter BS is about going off duty as soon as you get to the city limit. If you will reread with comprehension the ending of the post referring to the multiple stops and cumulative time. The same as you posted without the regulation...but by leaving the entire post for your rebuttal, you lost credence in your attempt to obfuscate what was actually posted!

Yes you can get dinged. Companies monitor that stuff closely because they get audited by the state every so often and look at everyone's logs and compare them to the loads and everything else. If it doesn't match up they get the fine which you can bet your ### will roll down hill to you.
