Oil Cooler, how long has it been since it was changed?
k whopper Thanks this. -

k whopper Thanks this. -
+1 on the oil cooler. Do the cheaper stuff first.
k whopper Thanks this. -
Also could be transmission cooler if your's is water cooled. Transmission oil in the radiator will have a reddish brown tint.

oil cooler have not been changed in the two years that I had it truck had 850000 mile on it place I got it from said it been rebuilt at some time but no papers so I don't know if cooler what causes the water loss
-
its air cooled thanks
-
id still go with head gasket or cracked head
-
Most rebuilds do not include replacing the oil cooler. 99% oil cooler, 1% head or head gasket problem.

yeah I lean toward oil cooler. oil pressure is more than water pressure so oil will show up in radiator. when not running some water can push in to oil side due to no oil pressure.
