    You any good at painting? Free beer in the pool (at the end if the day) for paint labor. The previous owner thought blood red and gold faux paint was the ultimate way to paint a house. It's taken 3 coats of Kilz2 to get a white wall! C'mon Cluck, it's a great deal and I've even got free truck parking for ya!
