Anyone one got any storys they have heard or had them selfs about from the No back solictation?
I know everyone in this business gets asked to do things sometimes, so I was just wondering if anyone has faced a bill from a broker, or had to go to court over it.

Like I'm thinking that the packet is a one size fits all deal. I could understand it if a broker finds out swift or jb hunt took all his shipments. But what about a owner operator?

It all depends on the financial health of the broker.can they afford to go legal?and some of those brokers steal their loads from another broker so they can't even claim any rights to the loads for example if someone tried to have you sign "No back solicitation"agreement on a military load they will be full of dodah because most of them if not all of them got the bids from Menlo..and any one that can deal with menlo can take that load...... so There you have it.
