I was afraid I would only be allowed to stick one leg and arm in.

So I have decided I want to put sattelite radio in my truck looked at the kit yesterday but it has an external antenna that has to be mounted. Any suggestions where I can mount this without having to put holes in the truck and easy to remove once I turn truck in?

Mine came with a little magnetic one that is pretty much worthless, so I bought one of those nice ones made to mount on the mirror and mounted it on that bar that runs across the back of the cab above the catwalk where the spring for the airlines and trailer electric cable is hung. Works pretty well. There are a few places where I get some drop out but they are few and far between compared to that little one that came with it.

Velcro and or magnet. Getting sirius? It tends to cut in and out even on flat stretches. The trainer has it in his truck.

Survived the point. One of my new trailer tires did not. Currently somewhere in TN. Woot

Yeah I went down to a place last night to inquire about it same thing I see at the TA and other truck stops just 5 dollars less and they wanted 175.00 just to run my antenna I was like no thanks my name isn't bend over billy LOL. Cost more to run the antenna than it does to buy the unit pretty sad.

I mounted it on the back and ran the wire along and tucked it in that crevace along the side of the sleeper, brought it into the cabbin the front part of thebpassanger door and wire tied it to the visor.

That magnet one sucks. Get the stick one.
I used to have mine mouted on the bar behind the truck, now I clamped it to the bottom of my CB antenae. Works great.
If you look close you can see it in my sig pic.
