$5500 to fix the CEL. now i'm in denver with a bad air valve somewhere. sitting on the freeway and the breaks won't release. i can hear a valve whistling. but can't hear the air leak.

 

Arghhhhhhhhh break downs are no fun and the road call fee is a joke!

JJ is on his was back to TN with a load that delivers tonight, of to a good start for the week and hope the good week continues after our time of with the move to TN.

 

Is it under the hood or at the dryer?
I had my compressor go and it did that. Could not find the leak anywhere, could not build pressure well. Then the shop had me drain the tanks to make sure it was not a valve that we could get to reseat. but when I did that I never got air back up, had to get towed in and got a new compressor. They said it had come apart bad inside. Was only a 2 year old truck.

 

Looks like JJ will be heading out again tomorrow night and back Monday ....No rest for the wicked Think I will go with him tomorrow night as its easier to do check calls from the truck!

 

Well..... I broke down and decided to join the 21st century. Not only got a smart phonebut got a tablet as well.

 

3 hours and a new brake can for my air leak. napping in coby kansas.

loving my new 10 inch hi def gps. as long as i can keep it working. turns out that gps chips aren't the best quality in tablets. for some reason, google maps get's the gps going. then i can use my regularly scheduled software.

had a chance to check out the new tv tuner for my laptop. works SOOOOOO much better then the expensive hauppage ever did.

wonder if i'll get an inspection this week. since oregon just checked me out 3 weeks ago. and gave me a new sticker.
looks like my oil leak is finally fixed. amazing how much a better job pete can do compared to kenworth. cuz they fixed it twice to no avail.

 

Holy moly! That looks like a lot of grass to mow. You better get some sheep.

 

I hope you like your smart phone. I hate mine and it has to be the most frustrating thing I have bought in a long time.
