Hey guys, I have been looking at a posting of this loadboard from another forum that is updateable and they have some pretty nice paying loads for van freight. Does anyone have any experience in dealing with any of their clients?? I am thinking that with the rates I am seeing and the history of them, I should drop this tanker I am pullin n go get another van, since I am already running my own authority...

Could have been an isolated incident with just one individual but there will be snowballs flying in Hell before I use them again. My list of brokers I won't use is short (only 2). They made the list.

We have had good luck with most of the people there. Couple bad apples. But when you are talking a company as big as them you will get that.
But I wouldn't make a big change like that based on a couple posts. They may not even have the account permanent and are just doing some filler work. -
OK...well I havnt dealt with anybody yet as I still havnt got my own trailer. I see that it lists a bunch of different brokers/carriers, 1 for each load. Would I be dealing with them directly, or does it all go thru 1 main broker?

FYI...Golf size snow balls were falling in Brooklyn, NY yesterday, with 75 degrees !!!! So...watch what you asking for..LOL and if you don't believe, CHECK DE NEWS !! -
hauled my first load for Network FOB last week. I was a little confused about the whole freight forwarder vs. broker deal. Of course Network claims it is better to be a freight forwarder because that's what they are, but I was a little concerned because they don't have an MC#. Maybe concerned is the wrong word, it was just outside of my experience and I would have liked to had more time to learn and understand the difference before hauling the load.

I've done a few loads for them. Mostly blanket vans. Good rates and honest people, at least the guys in Minneapolis. I have them on my preferred list.

Several of their higher ups are ex Landstar people from what I understand.

I am pretty sure the guys who started it were all ex landstar execs.LSAgentOZR Thanks this.
