    Back breaking hard work.
Must be able to handtruck 100 lbs repeatedly and walk a gangplank
Lots of customer interaction and a ton of paperwork.
They bid on the routes internally.
    Non-union.
Two years OTR experience required but they offer a yard spotter position for those who qualify

If all that doesn't scare you away it's a great company, great pay. Some DCs pay by the hour plus performance bonus but most DCs are salary plus bonus.

depending on your terminal that 2 yr experience is not required, denver said 2 yrs or like 50k miles, which for an OTR driver is like 6 months max lol

Mclane grocery or Mclane foodservice? Grocery runs teams and make #### good money. $75k a year is about average. You will earn your money tho. Backbreaking work. Foodservice runs solo either day routes or overnight. Doesnt pay as good as grocery but pays descently.
