Maybe getting fired this week bout time :)

    I currently have a female dispatcher... she is a good dm. But she isnt a aggressive. She doesnt push for miles. I have confirmed this finally. If I wasn't wanting to go owner op and didnt need miles. I would keep her as my dm but I will be changing to a different dm to get to my goals. You should get a different dm or if you have to get a different terminal.

    If you're going to leave, then leave now instead of waiting to get fired.

    Since Swift hires anyone, getting fired from them with a termination on your DAC is probably going to make it hard to get hired at any other company that isn't a starter outfit (so they'll pay the same or less as Swift currently does)

    Other companies do know the insane amount of BS that causes drivers at Swift to leave, but you have to be very, very stupid to be fired from Swift short of hitting something/someone, and even then it's not guaranteed.

    Sounds to me like you were bragging and a few others agree with me.You're a big baby in trucking,things don't go your way you bail but not before getting even with your DM which by the way is the same as getting even with Swift.Nobody at Swift will give any employer a promising recommendation on hireing you.In trucking you don't play fire with fire and ecspect it all to go your way.You had issues with your dm then start looking for a job not hold lds hostage.There's 2 sides to every story,I sure would like to hear what your dm has to say.

    I'm a one horse show, by choice. I don't have the patience to be a babysitter. And my truck is almost a hobby at this point . So I wouldn't hire someone to drive it or ride my bike or take my wife out to lunch.....

    Maybe you should talk to your attorney ........He or she can explain your possible liability from ex employees . And why it's better to not "yenta it up". You forgot to call me out on that......

    The good companies do a more extensive check and besides they want a good work record.Even if bluebonn did quit,the holding ld hostage will still be on his dac won't it?
