I was referring to our company cargo can drivers. The OP will definitely have to log with the setup posted.

Way it was put to me is if I have an IFTA sticker, I need to have a log book. That and the boss has a 39,000 decal on windows.May major concern is being in compliance and avoiding any HOS rule violations.

    The answer is no.

The Dodge rear seat area is not large enough for the regulations on the sleeper berth.

    Not true.

Qualified sleeper if the truck moves.

that's the way I inferred the regulation that you can rest in CMV,but it has to be parked. So if My co-driver and I just went ahead and drove with one of us doing 12 hrs. then other driver doing 12 hrs. we would be in violation? If so what regulation nomber is it that states this so I can refer my employer to it? I appreciate all Y'alls help!

Yes, you'd be in violation because you can only drive 11 hours for starters, and do you really think you can keep from killing each other in a cab that small and get rest?

    Jimbo1183 Thanks this.
