Is there hope?

Honestly, that doesn't sound like a hopeless situation to me. I'm only 28 and have a couple sport bikes too.... I've walked in those boots before. Cops love to throw the book at bikers same as they do drives.
Have you looked into legal help? And if you don't mind me asking didn't the CDL school run your MVR? Most aren't willing to train someone who isn't hireable.

 

What state were the tickets in and did u try swift.

 

It Looks like a mess on paper. So much that a trucking company wouldn't touch you. I believe you need to sort them out to look like a stop where you had numerous violations that were not so bad. As it stands it comes across as a very bad violator.
