On the back ones I assume that I can just lift under the transmission to replace them. But on the fronts can I lift using the oil pan? I have some 6x6 hardwood boards that I could put between the jack and the oil pan to distribute the weight.

Pic 3,4,5,6 the gap is a bad sign, so is the lop-sided rubber bushing they all need replaced the rubber should have nice parallel edges and no gaps anywhere, everything should be nice and tight. The rust stains on pics 6&7 are a definite sign of excessive movement.

That pic is from my old truck (379) cab bushings, but same principle see how the old ones kinda lean to the left in the pic? The other side was worse came out in 4 pieces, took 4 guys and a cab jack/port-a-power to push the cab back to get the new bolts thru the new bushings. By the way changing those bushings cured about 75% of ALL of my problems with that truck, The cab was now properly grounded among other things CB worked better, dash light dimmer worked correctly, and most importantly the clutch-brake worked for the first time in 3 yrs. (yes I replaced EVERY part of the clutch linkage including the pedal). I just figured out we are discussing this on 2 different pages (drone) I guess I need to pay more attention.

I will replace the cab bushings when I do the motor mounts, after 1.3million miles it dang sure won't hurt.

I wouldn't chance it on the oil pan. a engine hoist is ideal for the front ones. one slip and you will be buying a pan and maybe an oil pump. if your lucky!

I used to lift the front with a bottle jack. It was easy, but the rear are a pain.

I wouldn't worry about lifting under the oil pan. After the jack crushes the oilpan, the crankshaft will stop any further damage to the pan ;)
