If you're in Laredo or somewhere else close to the Mexico border, stroll across the bridge and get Marlboro for about $3.10 a pack. Customs allows up to a carton duty free. Just carry your passport to get back into the US.

I went to the E-cig total investment was $100 but a bottle 15 bucks lasts 30 days. I switched back in December and it sure beats spending 150 plus a month plus my truck don't smell or my clothes like a stale ashtray

 

Take Florida off this list. My boyfriend buys ours in VA when he passes through because they're at least $20/carton cheaper there than they are here.
