Got word today that IDC will reimburse me for the citation. I still have to pay then Fax all the papers to IDC, then they will give me a Comcheck # to cash. Would of been nice just to hand them the ticket and let them take care of it. (It was their mistake)

Sal good deal sir. I am glad I could get the attention you needed for a prompt fix. I believe Interstate is a good company as I know a lot of the management and know first hand that they do care and when we are wrong ( YES WE MAKE MISTAKES) we do fix the problem. Happy trucking sir.

I would say the problem is not fixed, if it was a Company error and the Driver has to front the money to pay the fine, the first time this was noted someone from the Company should have stepped up and taken care of the problem,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, once again a Driver has to front a Multi Million Dollor Company, I have always had a problem paying normal day to day fees that a Copany knows a Driver is going to encure, why don't Co's have accounts established with vendors to take care of these things,,,,,,,,,,,,,, A Driver can spend on average $100.00 a week in fees then wait for reimbursement while the Company uses the $$$. I Retired from 30 years in Banking and they used the same practice until someone brought it to their attention and yes I drive for Interstate now.

Bottom line, they are paying for the ticket (even if its a reimbursement).

Buddy the problem is fixed. I was on the issue on a Sunday and got the brass on the horn Monday to fix this glitch. Don't let the little things ruin your day. Its the total picture that counts. Bottom line IDC was alerted to a problem and in my eyes they responded and fixed the issue and stand behind the driver to resolution. Happy trucking sir and I am glad you work at IDC we do value your input! Without feedback we cant become the best trucking company in AMERICA..........
