Running Seattle (ok, Tukwilla) to Tempe, AZ. 3.5 days to run, 1500 miles. Resting at Heyburn ID for the night.
OregonJoe Thanks this. -
Delivered in Boise this afternoon. I pick up in Boise tomorrow morning for a Thursday delivery in Los Angeles. I called and told them that there was no way that was going to happen. I'm in a truck, not a starship. They said to go ahead and pickup the load and they will look to relay it in Salt Lake City. I hope that happens. I'm supposed to be home in Denver this weekend!

so does interstate have direct routing and fuel stops that you have to take or do you have options when it comes to those things?

Picking up at a TINY little battery store in Boise. Got around the store with out touching anything, but it was a VERY slow maneuver. They are loading me now in the alley with a forklift into the truck, and an electric pallet jack to move the product around in the truck. Hmmm, at least I didn't have to back in off the street. (Finding something good about this customer.)
