I have no reason to "earn brownie points" From Jerry or anyone else in the company. You said that a coaching session affected the drivers safety bonus, and I pointed out that it in fact DOES NOT.

We are all human and we all make mistakes. Not going to post on here like some kind of super trucker that does everything perfectly 100% of the time. I'm just trying to point out that even when you make mistakes it's still possible to get your full safety bonus even with out pay out-of-pocket for anything.

Overall I really like cargo and think it's a pretty decent trucking company and when I see somebody posting slanted if not out right false information I will defend cargo and that's why I post on here. I get steady miles, I'm home a couple nights on the weekend usually a night or two during the week and I could not be happier. Do I ever have bad days? Sure. To be perfectly honest I'm a little annoyed with the way things are working out specifically today but that doesn't mean that just because today isn't the greatest day that cargo as a whole is a bad company

There was no slanting or false information on my post. The link I posted was not my link, Drive Cam posted and Cargo made it. Cargo does not even want drivers to see this. One of the recruiters was asked this question and answered this way. Potential driver, "so if I get attacked or killed in my truck, the camera is a good thing, won't be hard to identify them, recruiter, "well actually it won't be recorded, we did have panic buttons on the qual com but have deactivated them..." "the camera records 4 seconds before and 8 seconds after an incident. Now tell me the camera is pointed at the driver, why does it need audio? So you can hear what? If they are only recording crashes or "incidents" to save the driver, well really themselves, what are they hearing, the crash. They can plainly see if the driver is on the phone, even with hands free your mouth moves. And why do they need to be on 24/7. If you are in the sleeper talking to your girlfriend or wife, don't you think you deserve a symbolize of privacy? I really could care less if they are there when I am on duty or driving, but I don't need or want anyone listening to private conversation when I'm on my own time, even if they don't see what I'm doing on my own time. The point is on the video they plainly contradict what they tell new hires. So that is lying, and the whole bunch does it. I didn't. I made a choice I quit when I found out.
