Case in point...I dropped early at Tyson in Emporia, KS. (I arrived on 09/18 @ 21:16) and was ready for my 06:00 p/u at the same Tyson facility, only to find out from my DM that the drop dead time on this p/u isn't until 23:50 tonight.

I've been on a number of runs through there, spread out year-round too.

The load I'm bringing out of California right now rolls right rough effingham. It happens quite frequently.

There will be a fair amount of wax on the blacked out rims, plus graphics on the trailer tail is a possibility. And it's time for a trailer alignment

In council bluffs Iowa exit 3 next to the TA there's a Mexican restaurant that has pretty good food. For being in Iowa.

My Cascadia got "rubbed" in Fort Worth, TX. last year. I was in the sleeper on my laptop when the truck shook. I knew it wasn't windy, so I got up and looked. All I saw was a trailer in front of me. Luckily, the only damage was a gouge on the grill and a scrape on the p/s headlight lens. A pain in the butt, yes...but both got taken care of from his insurance and they even sent me $ for a day of downtime. I was waiting for a preplan anyway. But I hear you Terry, I won't be patronizing the "Driver's Truck Stop" in Fort Worth, TX. anytime soon myself.

TT So are you saying that you will be sitting for a while? Or were you able to get the load and roll on out? Thanks.

Interesting statement. It seems to conflict with prevailing wisdom that modern cruise control manages fuel use better than the human foot. Please explain.

    luvtotruck and mushroom1464 Thank this.
