bout on the ticket it is still partially the drivers fault too see about the permits being good even if they said valid alsways double check..

So, if we have a valid printed permit provided by the company, you want us to take our books in (or call) anyway? How often should we do this sir? Once a week, twice a month... or shall we just do so at random? (sarcasm button turned off now).

    skyviper73 and sal Thank this.

I have been driving many years, I never had $100.00 in a week in fees from Company mistakes. Sometimes things get overlooked, we are Human, not machines.

Last year I was missing a Permit to Operate a Commercial Vehicle in New Mexico. Called dispatch, paid $40.00 for the Permit and I was reimbursed on my Settlement that week. People make mistakes, no big deal.

With that line of thinking, you would have to call IDC every day to check if all yer Permits are still active.

I was referring to D.O.T. Not the Trucking Company. D.O.T. makes mistakes and it's you the driver that pays for them.

I had problems with D.O.T. and D.M.V. for both my Peterbilt and Harley. I had Paperwork from the State, but it wasn't in their System. With Phone Calls and some Legwork, it has all been settled.

Had one that did 68 mph the one i'm using now is at 62 mph, but i'm just a part time driver and it's working out OKAY right now. If I had bills I'd be a little worried .
