Pleas Need help 05 volvo 780

Hello to every one im new to this forum so if you guys can help me

my story is
05 volvo 780
isx 475
my guy update a software and installed a 550hp/1850 non emission version on it
it is a cummins software (don't ask where he got it )we went with serial# of the engine and this is a right software for it

so it was ok till I cleaned up my exhaust pressure sensor
then it start smocking badly every time I shift and when turbo spools up at about 1400-1500 rpm
but its not a problem every morning when i start a truck I hear a little back fire or exhaust kind of sound In air filter box and if I will try to drive it
it have no guts at all but its not smocking at any rpm range and if I will floor it the fan will kick in and the abs light will come on after I let go a throttle fan stops abs go's away
as soon as I unplug a exhaust pressure sensor for 30 sec every thing go's back to normal gets plenty of power no fan no abs but it start smocking again

I changed a sensor checked the wires all good
next think is load a oe software but I don't won to I like the power
and the egr is closed all sensors in place

so if any one out there can figure it out pleas let me know
