I've said it once before on here but look into hydro construction companies. Most pay very well and you'll likely never sleep in a truck. Get into an operating position or even an apprenticeship.

 

Eires, was that a cold call resume drop or an add on kijji? Where did you get the TDG and Whimis. If you look under temporary accomodations it might get you through till you find a place to call home.

 

Employer will provide TDG & WHMIS, has to be company specific.
Do not spend $ yourself.

 

Whmis isn't company specific. Tdg is

 

TDG and WHIMS was thru previous employer and I replied to a kelowna kijiji ad for GP

 

Company made me redo WHMIS anyhow, thus a waste of $.

 

Some will some wont. It would still look better on your résumé saying you had it. It's an easy course
