    I just started school and have a couple questions. What is Gordon's policy about rider? How much per month do they charge (for insurance)? How long after going solo can a rider go out with you. I did not see any information on their website.

    Can't say for Gordon but most places that I have worked the insurance was 15-25 and they could come along after 90 days. Though that is all info you can get in orientation or from a recruiter

    Talked with a recuiter the other day. You need 6 months experience before a rider can go along with you.

    I drove for Gordon. It's 6 mo. from first dispatch day. It's $25 per person, per month. Only one person at a time. Age limit of 12, IIRC.
