Are you going to be an o/o or company driver?
-
company driver

I'm going in as company driver and like to come out as a O/O.

Quality doesn't have company drivers, but some of the affiliates do. You'll need to do some research to find out what all the affiliate has to offer as far as benefits and pay. Each terminal will be different for all carriers. I'm with Miller. Some of our terminal have more dedicated loads than others and some have much more profitable loads than others. You'll need to speak with drivers with more experience with that area. Good luck and always ask questions
