Maint didn't have my windshield ready. FM 'forgot' to let them know I was coming in. So after helping maint with a test drive and bringing a truck back from RBC, I'm at the Comfort Inn for the night. Oh darn. :biggrin_25519:

Road Ranger I-90/US 20 Illinois. Have had 4 runs all less than 200 miles the last two days. Unload in the AM, then PP for another 180 mile run. Not happy about it. I know they oversold the Illinois/Wis markets, but where are the midwest regional and dairyland drivers? I'm on pace for less than 2000 miles this week. Gotta be kidding me.

Since I can only get on once a week these days, here goes the wrap up :p

9/24 Stanwood, MI and ended the trip in Effingham, IL. Then 9/25 on to M. Vernon IL and ended the day washing the trailer out at St. Louis. 9/26 Picked up at Hazelwood a day late -- called and let night FM know, so they loaded and MT and had me drop hook instead of live in the morning. Ended the day at Wausau, WI. 9/27 Shot over to consignee and unloaded. Picked up in Merril, WI early and relayed to Schofield, WI. This is where my day got kinda crappy. Dropped the relay early, shot in my messages and got nothing back. Called and they were astonished I picked up and dropped off super early, like 4 hours early, total. Got a hollar back to pick up a relay at Schofield. Was annoyed to learn it was the one I just dropped. So unhooked and hooked and relayed to mothership. Then picked up my relay from mothership and ran south as fast as I could legally. Ended the day in Oak Creek, WI. 9/28 Shot down the rest of way to Washington, OH. Was running low on time so decided to shut down at a TA. Not a good idea. My 10 was set to reset at delivery. If known could of parked at consignee would have been golden, but fm didn't know and wasn't in the notes. Got rescheduled, got yelled at later. 9/29 made my delivery and learned coulda parked at consignee overnight. Oh well. Made delivery. Ran to Jackson Center, OH and loaded afterwards. Fast load. Drove to Alsip, IL and found gridlock in Gary. No worries, handled like a champ. Finished day with 4 others at Alsip, waiting on late appointment with no one in the shop. 1 guy shows and sets us all in docks to wait. Unloaded surprisingly fast for one guy doing it... but still ran out of 14 hour time. Spent night there. 9/30 picked up relay in Gary and was soo happy to run to Battle Creek, MI. My favorite load, cause went home for some down time.

    What a week :D
