    If you have all your stuff paid off and are in a good financial position, you have it just about made.

    Now you just need to save about $50,000 and you can start your own authority. Work for the rest of this year and next, then spring of 2015 start out on your own. You can save that much. Start working on getting your own authority this coming spring, so that your authority will have at least 6 mos in existence so the brokers will deal with you. If you are doing reefer, I'd keep on doing it as an O/O, because you know what to expect, you know some shippers, and reefer loads pay better than dry van, especially during June. You could gross at least $7-8k a week during those times. And you don't even have to go to Cali. Just go to Arizona.

    I just don't like all the lumper fees eeverywhere.. the ccompanys are always changing. Something is messed up I have gotten three rejections saying due to insurance and mvr will not take me as a o/o. Time to pay the 10 to get a copy of my csa.. 7 or 8 k a week sounds nice though but how many megas am Igoings to be competition with. Ps. Sorry typing on my tablet
