hello,
izzit the volvo FH16 750 using I-shift and oringinal (big) bogie set with leaf spring?
if i have a FM12 420 with I-shift transmission but i need to put in big bogie set from original 6x2, how to correct the air suspension pressure sensor for i-shift gearbox otherwise the gearbox cant run correctly ?
anybody do that before ??? please advice.

they use proximity sensor it is placed on chassis and measure distance to drive axle

Ic, the parameter should be difference, not the easy way to do it right.. any other way for solve this problem cause i really need a bogie set for i-shift truck ?

really i-shift used load data from J1939, not air pressure ore proximity data. Brake System computer converts air bag pressure ore leaf spring level to load data and throws it to J1939

but before ishift did not use leaf spring distance , i saw that recently maybe 2-3years ago
i think it is not easy to convert this , it would not be accurate hard to set right things, you need to find coefficient of spring and add fix distance -
really it requires EBS software change. ore EBS unit swap

or scrap truck for parts -
recently a lot of used renault truck but the chassis, engine, transmission and few part is same with volvo, import to my country and lot of people was suprise because this. i believe more people like the truck with bogie set......
