My uncle sheared off the roof ac on his rv in Canada when he miscalculated the meters to feet on a low bridge.

 

Stupid is as stupid does.

 

After watching the video I came to the conclusion that the truckers had been detoured onto a road that had a low clearance. Whoever created the detour probably didn't think about the height restriction.

 

Yup. Can I get a Big Mac, large fries, medium shake, and oh yeah, a tow truck. Lol.

 

You may be correct. But if that's the case, here's what you do. Stop on the side like the yellow truck. Hopefully all the trucks stop there and block all traffic. Call 911 (if in US). Have the police come and stop traffic from coming down the road so all the trucks can safely proceed the way that they were taking illegally.

 

I agree but this is in another country where if you reported a governmental FUBAR you might just have the police give you a roadside wooden baton massage and have your truck impounded or seized. One dumb trucker, maybe two but all of them doing the same thing probably means that you don't call the police to report another one screwing up in that country.

 

Had no idea about getting cracked in the head just for asking for help from the police. Guess that's why we always say "God Bless America" here. And I'm thankful to be an American Trucker.

 

As screwed up as the USA can be sometimes, sure beats anywhere else.
