I am with AT&T now. Have an iPhone 5. I already used 8 gigs this past month. I need another option. Where I can get net in the truck. Any ideas.

Sprint unlimited. However, they suck big time unless you're in a big city. Good luck...

sprint doesn't suck as bad as he makes it. and you DON'T have to be in a big city. they work in the boonies too.

half of utah doesn't have V signal. but sprint works.

i'm starting a new gig and will probably be going back to sprint. for the unlimited. for $80. i'm paying V $125 and that's gonna jump to $200 if i stay. i may keep my phone for a backup internet hotspot. to make phone calls using the internet.

Yes it does and yes you do. Apparently you haven't been with Sprint for awhile. I drop calls constantly and very rarely have connection speeds above 0.03Mbps. I got so fed up that I got a Verizon hotspot for my mobile Internet needs (which works wonderfully by the way). If you're with Verizon, do yourself a favor & stay there cuz Sprint absolutely sucks.

I used to be with Verizon. Would love to back. Owe some money to them before I could go back. So I'm with AT&T now.

Verizon is faaaaast but that 5gb for $50 thing is a deal breaker, I need unlimited. You can get unlimited Verizon if you buy someone's old unlimited account (if you had it before they discontinued it, you get grandfathered in). Last I heard they're going for around $400.

Personally, as no phone company is currently offering GOOD unlimited internet, I forego mobile internet and shell out $20/mo for ###### Pilot wifi. Some stores are good and you can download at 100-150kb/s but others are pure crap and you can't even load a webpage. The RoadRanger/Pilot on I90 is working pretty well for me right now.

your browser is where the security is. along with whatever institution your accessing.

if the internet was secure. the NSA wouldn't know what we were doing.

i paid for pilot last night, in hopes of getting some maps downloaded. but then i tested the speed. and it was 1/4 of dial up modem speed.
