30+year exp Looking

Thanx for the insight y'all--BUT--was hopin to find an o/o or small fleet owner lookin for a driver--I am pretty aware of what is out there in terms of large carriers--just not a BIG company guy--been on my own too many years--

It isn't home time or money--I get plenty of both--it is living thru the never ending growing pains of a small family company quadrupling in size with plans on expanding further.
It is more the type of work we are doing now--the new customers we have added and the type of customer.
Basically I am now working HARDER NOT SMARTER, and with the addition of way too much office staff quickly becoming a number--which I never have been and do not intend to become one at this point in my career.
Although in the companies defense--I completely understand the need for the new rules etc. Not to mention on more than one occasion the Owner(2d generation)has taken me aside and thanked me for hangin in and reminded me how much he appreciates me and appreciates what I do.

Don't have to go anywhere and ask--I know all the good drivers here we r all friends small trucking community--I was o/o for 30 years till wife got cancer and life changed
For the last 8 years I've been with the BEST company around--BUT if u read OP boss is retiring and 3d and some 4th Gen kids taking over and it is changing drastically and will probably work for them BUT they have already started we went from 15 truck family now a 65 truck co. With plans to double again in next year--And im not comfortable in that enviornment--& since I am notina financial position to buy another truck and trailer(which I would in a heartbeat)due to my wife's prolongded illness--I was/am putting out feeler to someone or small company--that might could use an older very experienced safe reliable hand

YES I am still looking--or being very picky some would says
