    Actually, they can manage to even more harm during "shut down" then they do while they are (supposedly) working.

    i think the 27th amendment still screws the gooberment. as far as the public is concerned.

    apparently congress feels like they deserve to be paid. regardless of those on furlough and those still working but paydays will be delayed.

    if that isnj't about as selfish as they can get.

    and jamie dimon is there to share in the shutdown first hand.
