2010 Volvo 770 with D16

    I have a 2010 Volvo with D16 im battling multiple datalink codes, and a harsch hesitation problem. Driver claims it seems like the motor is gonna die when this occurs. Been to the dealer 5 times since July have spent $3k and the problem still exhists. I have gone through and cleaned all corroded wiring checked all main power and ground connections and still no good results. I have 5 of these trucks and had nothing but troubles with everyone of them. This truck does have an I-Shift trans, and datalink codes set for that the radio the brakes the lcm and every other #### thing.

    How big a CB radio is the driver using? If they have a big amp putting out excessive wattage it could be making screwy things happen.

    I have never heard of this but I'm not a mechanic or electronics pro at anything! This sounds like if he has a Microwave and a CB going at the same time it may transmit the language the microwave is speaking? Maybe tell people on the Radio what he is having for dinner? I am not a pro at none of this stuff so your guess is as good as mine!
