1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Great, now tell us what the FSC was and then we'll all know if those trucks are running for $1.05 or not.

Also, the use of your trailers is not free. To say it, is either ignorant or deceitful.

Really we charge no trailer fee. So not sure why so spiteful on the derogatory comment? FSC last week was .41 The 1.05 is the minimal guarantee. Our average is $1.55 for the month. The key word is average.
Each driver is different. Different scenarios for different peoples needs. Some run teams non stop, some run solo and home often. Some run to fill in work because they have other accounts already on board. Really is no uniform one pay package that fits all. We know our packages must work or a owner wont stick around. Average driver has been here 8.5 years plus and lots of people 20 plus years.

You just do not see that in the market place too often. So that's why I am confident we have something very special here. If it was all bad we wouldn't have the work and trucks that we do. I am posting on truckers report as I welcome even our current owners to stop by and report in. I have nothing to hide. We either have a package that works for you or it wasn't meant to be. Due your homework. If another firm tickles your fancy and that has something better that works for your unique needs then great. Perhaps you will return down the road no harm no foul?

    thanks Joe

I contracted with 67.5% and make much more than the last company that paid 90% .. Why? The costs are minimal here at IDC. I take home 2k a week. AFTER my expenses. Don't believe me? Good, go to another company, then there will be more loads for me at IDC.
