The OP video reminds me of stuff I saw when I went to Hanoi in 2007. We took a cab to the airport, and there was a traffic jam, so the guy backed up an onramp, across a bridge, then drove down the wrong side of a 4 lane highway honking his horn. The cab doing it seemed a bit crazy, but there where also a half dozen huge greyhound type busses doing the SAME THING, and some misc CMVs as well. The big 3 axle busses blew my mind though.
