    Why is there hazing in the oil field industry? It seems like the kind of strenuous work required out there would be good enough to weed out those employees that are no good for the company. :biggrin_2556:

    Hazing happens.. when I was in construction there was hazing.. you always break in the new ones.. it was never anything to bad.. often more practicle jokes then hazing..

    When you are on a crew and work hard.. joking and hazing is a part of the bonding experience..

    What are they doing that is hazing or upsets you..
