i have 3 of the best domestic violence lawyers in new england looking in to the case and they all agree if she tries to lie and turn this around on me now we will bury her and her whole family in court so im not to worried about it if she tells the truth then i will not file charges against her and the case will get dropped and she'll do her thing and i'll do mine

 

I thought the state automatically files charges in a domestic incident? I guess each state could be different though.

Cops is my all time favorite show so that's where all my legal knowledge comes from. Lol

 

I hate the thought of heading to rochester NY tommorow morning...ugh.
