Considering how many drivers we have and the probably many actions on a day to day basis that they communicate with dispatch that you don't know I'd say your head is a little too big. Your right you are expendable and other jobs do await. But saying your one of very few that doesn't take the bolony that dispatch dishes out here your delusional. Considering my 2 yrs here just past I personally have been giving them more than a fair share of bs back to deal with before you came around. Are there a fair share or even majority that follow the flow of crap sure I agree, mostly newbies at that. I dish it out as it comes and think to myself as pinned a problem driver. But now I think they like that type of attitude as long as it doesn't go overboard with language or threats. We all have guidelines even dispatch to follow here. I don't know your situation or how it came to past, if anything if I heard the story one day if we met I'd probably believe you and agree with the steps you took. But to say or gloat that "I'm the only roehl driver that doesn't take crap, and no one else," is plain mularkey.-LLL-, Treefork and Pirate Trucker XOXX Thank this.

I don't see where I said I am the "ONLY" one? I did say 99%... I can tell you for sure that I have spoken with drivers that claim they don't take the crap blah blah but have been in terminals with them and they basically bow to the FM and walk out and do as they were told.
Thats basically the problem, If they continue to get drivers to bow to them they will continue to push the limits.
The saga continues,
Ive been in contact with my FM the past 2 days now and was never mentioned that the dedicated customer that I have been on (they called me to take this run cause it was close to my house so I could be home daily with my sick wife) I was under the impression that after my 2 week suspension I would go back on the route....I was informed last night how long can I stay out.. They forgot to tell me they gave the run to someone else and I would have to go back to Allentown Regional or National..... If that was the case I would of never complied with there BS and would of took one of the other jobs I was offered, but stayed and compromised to continue on my home daily and off weekends. Oddly out of all the conversations I was NEVER told it was given to another driver full time...I was told they had to "temporarily" find drivers to cover.
Now Im being told to "have faith in them"
I do as I say, There are a few drivers here that can vouch for that as many have seen the "sent" qualcomm messages and even seen in person at a terminal I don't back down face to face (Right OSU?) HAHAHAH
COOPNP Ill send you a PM as to not make this thread a crap fest and fill you in a bit. -

Anybody know why they took all the driver career opportunities off the Roehl website?
-
I'd guess we are talking about two different places in Jackson, TN...I picked up a bunch of flat stock at a steel mill, crane loaded on a flatbed.

At the Roehl yard in Prentice, WI for the night, pick up in nearby Phillips in the morning.
