good to hear your mother is doing better and will be able to get the care she needs across the pond. Also good to hear that you are going to be back on the road again. The industry needs more people that want to be out there instead of people that dont want to be out there! Safe travels to you!

Glad to hear everything is going good.
I am also glad to hear a real positive response on a company like this , I have seen more but they are far and few between . Seems like more people like to post a negitive response on the internet now days , cause as soon as something don't go their way they have ##### about it to the whole world . About how bad they wer treated and so on, if you would only hear the rest of some of those stories . I bet it would all make sense then why they had it so bad.

My husband and I team for Central... This January and February will be our three year anniversary... If it was as bad as some of the posts, we wouldn't still be here
I also know of a few people that have left Central for 'Greener Pastures' and end up coming back... That says A LOT! But then there are others that have left and have found those greener pastures. All in all, I agree with you ... Central is a decent starter company.

Trucking companies are like everything else in the world: nothing is perfect. They all have their flaws, but they all also have something positive to offer. Everyone will have their negative thoughts about Central, just like other companies, but I personally feel like you made a great decision choosing Central as your leg up into the trucking industry Go with the flow, try to have a great time, and everything else will fall into place. You also have the support of all these Central people on this forum to chat with if you ever feel like you need advise or a talk off the ledge so to speak Add me to your friends list, if you'd like, i'd be happy to be there for you when times get a bit rough, or cheer you on when you succeed
