I have a maxxforce dt with intermittent severe driveabilty issues, active code of spn164 inactive codes spn164 fmi13 and spn164 fmi16 along with 9 others. International laptop software gives us codes of dtc 2242 2332 and spn 2659 fmi14. The unit runs fine as of this time and can't duplicate the issue. Have cleared and noted all codes and are trying to duplicate the issue, any ideas

All the codes except for 2659, are ICP related. 2332 is ICP above spec with engine off. This is usually a bad sensor. High pressure leaks will usually cause hard or no start when hot, but the engine will run ok once it is started. If the engine runs bad randomly, then snaps out of it and runs good, I would blame the sensor and/or the valve cover harness. The valve cover gasket and harness is the same piece. We usually change them if the engine has a lot of hours on it. You didn't mention if this is a 2007 emission or 2010 emission model because the engines are different. With both the ICP sensor is under the valve cover on the high pressure oil rail.

What do you think about the egr code- that was a koer test failure

During that test the ecm is watching the air flow through the EGR valve by what the Exhaust back pressure sensor is reading. The test runs with the valve closed, then opens it and the ecm is expecting to see a change in the ebp, but doesn't. The ebp sensor could be bad, the sensing tube could be plugged, or the egr valve not working. The ICP sensor is in the same location, under the valve cover, screwed into the high pressure oil manifold. When you are checking the ebp sensor, remove the intake manifold pressure sensor too and check it for carbon plugging.
