Today I have been on the road 4 weeks. Today I knocked out 13k for 4 weeks. I'm pretty happy here and the way things are going. I wish to get rid of this trailer tho. Been averaging 7.4mpg for two weeks. Tomorrow I pick up a load out of Houston going to Phoenix

I'm not sure about this but I think they take teams, I'm not running there yet, but I think I heard they run a few teams. i'm sure the payment and things is different them a solo Driver. But you will have to call or chat with recruiting. I hope this helps!

Got out of Noel, MO too late to make my delivery in Riverside on time. Got a swap in OKC going to Tracy, CA for Monday morning. It's about 1,600 miles or so and will give me a nice 3,000+ mile week.

Had a conversation with a driver from another company yesterday at my delivery. He was complaining about the 5-hour unload he was suffering after a 550 mile trip. That is the reason that I stress how much length of haul matters. In my typical 3,000 mile week, I run just two trips. After two or three 600-mile days in a row, it doesn't matter if the receiver spends a few hours restacking pallets or whatever. I've seen other companies advertising 750 mile average length of hauls. Nope! That would double the time that I spend at shippers and receivers. Just some food for thought. . .

For me it's Tucumcari tonight, probably Kingman tomorrow night, and Santa Nella on Sunday. It would be nice to catch a preplan Monday that goes coast-to-coast. I haven't had one of those in a while!

Joker get you some gross looking soup and pour it all out the window onto the ground they will think you are sick and won't bother you. Leave a note on the door, "The Lady Cop I'm sleeping with doesn't like you! Go away quietly without making any noise because she is a B$%^& if she is woke up! Sorry You are having troubles!

Yes, JCT does take teams. I don't know if they have team specific freight, but the do a lot of repowers. If you only did repowers, think of how much you could make...only having to hit a dock once per load...
