Walmart here I come!

Yeah, I expect that when he gets older. For now, I am a Walmart Superhero !!! LOL I have to take it while I can. I took him on one short run with my X job. It was just too dangerous with the hazmat, and I never knew when I would be off or home to get him back. He really enjoyed that short run also (240 miles round trip). Its nice knowing when I will be off work, so I can do this.

Pressure.................. pressure...................... Don't worry about it, you will be fine !!! Just know that if you don't get it, you will have ruined her life. LOL

i bet! enjoy it while you can they grow up fast. mines going to florida for college next fall.so i hope i can pull this off, if relocate down there she can get instate tuition and save a ton of money. its 23000 a year out of state only 6500 a year instate. so i got a lot riding on this.

Wow, no kidding. Mine thinks he is going to be a truck driver with a side job as a professional musician. LOL He says he will pay off our house. He is a very good guitarist, but it is funny to hear him talk like that. Of course, he is getting close to puberty. AUGHHHHHHH !!!

 

lol that's funny . its funny to hear them talk about their dreams especially when they are young. puberty yikes. well at least hes a boy, raising a girl whole different ball game. i do however get a big kick out of scaring the hell out of the boys that come to the house. that's a blast

My best friend has a 17-year-old daughter, so I understand. My son has been in love with her since he was 4. He said he was going to marry her. He has been planning the names of his 4 children for a couple of years now.

My wife was in hysterics telling me about the conversation he was having with another little boy (I think they were 6). They were talking about this "hot" girl, and that "hot" girl. She asked them what made a girl hot. They just looked at her stupid. LOL She couldn't stop laughing. Now she is in horror of him going through puberty and his voice changing. She loves when he talks to her on the phone, and the first thing he says is "HI Mama!!!," in his little boy voice. I have a very deep voice, so we suspect his will be also................. and she is mourning the loss of it already. I'm just happy he is getting old enough to help me work on my classic car. LOL

 

that's hilarious!! hey they can be a big help when they get to that age. my ex is going to lose it when she goes off to college. we aren't together anymore but i feel bad for her cause its not gonna be pretty. i fully expect her to be in the fetal position for awhile. its gonna be hard for me but im moving down there shes staying in Missouri.

 

Don't be surprised if she mysteriously shows up in FL.

I'm lucky in that my wife isn't really one of those "oh my baby is growing up, woe is me" kind of people. She loves all of his stages (except the lying one, which he barely survived). It is just the voice thing with her.

We are trying to be able to do the big Disney World thing next October (a 2 week vacation bonanza, if you believe my wife). Stop by and say Hi !!! LOL

 

LOL!! Orlando is only 2 hrs from fort pierce . he will really enjoy that i bet. i kinda have a feeling she will show up down there. probably knocking on my door lol. she lost her mother and father and her brother so my daughter is the only family she has left. otherwise she probably would be ok. well i guess and me too we have know each other since she was 17 and i was 19. we are still pretty close.
